What is your returns policy?
Soil and Soil Components
If you are unhappy with an unopened product you’d like to return or exchange within 30 days of your order, please Start a Return.
We take great care to make sure you receive our best cruelty-free indoor plants. If there is any issue with your plant, please Start a Return within 30 days of your order. Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind for indoor plants.
For all products, we will refund the remainder of the price (excluding shipping costs) after you have organised shipping to us and we have received it from you in good order.
Under certain conditions we may replace the product at no additional cost to you.
Where can you ship to?
We ship to NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT and SA. We currently do not deliver to other states and territories due to plant restrictions.
Pots can be shipped internationally. Please contact us for a quote.
Can I collect my order?
If there is no safe place for your delivery, please contact us at email@example.com before your order and we may arrange an appointment for collection at our studio in Melbourne. We can only arrange this for indoor plants or large orders over $100 and we will not charge for shipping.
When will my order be delivered?
Please refer to "Estimated Arrival" in the table above.
Indoor plants are dispatched every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Dispatch Days) to ensure your plants are happy and not in transit over the weekend.
Soil and Soil Components are dispatched after mixing it fresh, which generally can be up to 72 hours.
Tracking is provided. See Australia Post for in transit times.
What if no-one’s home during delivery?
We use Australia Post and usually they will leave it in a safe place.
If you do receive a card to collect your delivery please make sure to collect it as soon as possible. We cannot take responsibility for plants left overnight anywhere.
Can I send an indoor plant to a PO Box?
No, we only deliver indoor plants to street addresses. However, we can send Soil and Soil Components to a PO Box.
How can I change information on my order after it has been placed?
If you would like to change your order or information on your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been processed we are unable to change the order details, such as the name or address on the receipt.
